Dear potential Liberty Urban Construction clients,

I am writing to recommend Mr. Chuck Farmer, owner of Liberty Urban Construction, as your New Home Builder.  I had the opportunity to watch Mr. Farmer's team complete a new single-family home in 7 Hills Ranch. I was immediately impressed with the quality of workmanship and the time it took them to complete the build.  I contacted 7 Hills Ranch HOA and several homeowners within 7 Hills Ranch to find out if they could provide me any additional information.  The HOA and several homeowners all had exceptionally good experiences with Liberty Urban Construction.  Based on this positive feedback, I decided to hire Liberty Urban Construction to build my Dream Home.

Within a day or 2 of me contacting Mr. Farmer and providing him with what I was looking to build, he arrived at my home with a detailed plan, including phased time frames for completing the work.  Chuck effectively worked with my title company and bank to ensure that all necessary paperwork was completed correctly, leading to an on-time start date.  Chuck and his team at Liberty Urban Construction started my build on time and per plan.  Chuck maintains constant communication with me and our HOA, ensuring that we know the details and are abreast of the current status.  If changes were needed or he felt I might want to change even a small aspect of the build, he contacts me, presents his plan and all information I need to make a good decision.  The work he and his team have completed to date is amazing and on-time.

I could not be more pleased that I picked Liberty Urban Construction to build my home.  I highly recommend Mr. Chuck Farmer and his custom-building team at Liberty Urban Construction.  I am greatly confident that anyone or any community that choose to use him will be amazingly satisfied.

Our home turned out beautifully, just as we had hoped. Chuck made the process all worthwhile; he is wonderful! We truly appreciate all of his hard work. It really shows that he cares about his clients.

We love the house and it’s really well built. The overall experience was good thanks to our contractor, Chuck, and our design team… The process was nice and straight forward.

Chuck was probably the best part of this experience. We had a few hiccups along the way but Chuck was always on top of any problems. He made sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. And he was always just a phone call away with any problems we had. He was always friendly and professional and made this experience run smoothly. This letter is my recommendation for Chuck Farmer.

Since the spring of 2017, Chuck has been the project manager/superintendent for the construction of our new home. As the project manager…, Chuck did a superb job. I would describe his outstanding performance in three ways.

Access. From our first meeting, Chuck has made himself available to both myself and my wife, Sharon, at any reasonable hour. Chuck…has been both an outstanding project manager and a good friend who has walked with us through the journey of building a custom home. His accessibility for both good news and challenges made the building process so much easier for us.

Diligence. Chuck never lost sight of the countless important tasks and events involved in building our home. Whenever Sharon or I reached out to Chuck about a concern or an issue, he was already aware of it, had a plan, and was working to solve it. Even more importantly, despite a variety of challenges, Chuck always stayed on top of our concerns and followed them up to a successful conclusion.

Competence. Chuck is an amazing wealth of knowledge on all things related to construction. He not only answered all of our many questions, he usually anticipated our questions and answered them before we knew to ask them. No matter what the trade – electrical, plumbing, framing, roofing, windows, concrete – Chuck had in-depth knowledge on it and was more than willing to share that knowledge with us. His relationships with both…team members and subcontractors/vendors made our building process possible. Chuck’s professional competence made sure our project was going to succeed – and when we take the keys to the property, it will be due, in large measure, to his efforts.

I am grateful that Sharon and I were able to work with Chuck Farmer. He made our project both enjoyable and successful – and most importantly, we knew without question that we could trust him. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Chuck for any position for which you might be considering him. The only thing more rare than a person of Chuck’s talents and character is the opportunity to hire him – don’t miss it.
